In all his roles, Ali has worked in a consultative capacity, both internally and externally, leading change projects with a strategic perspective. Over the past 15 years, Ali has realized concepts and established new service areas at large companies such as Proffice, Samhall, Mo Gårds gruppen, etc.
Ali has worked in various positions within the private sector in Sweden and abroad for over 20 years, focusing on development and change for both large corporations and SMEs. For the past 9 years, I have focused on international markets, primarily targeting countries within the Belt & Road Initiative and West Asia. Ali has also actively worked with startups and scale-ups for the past 5 years, focusing on internationalization, commercialization, and capital markets.
