As a business developer, Pascale was involved in developing Telge Tillväxt in Södertälje, a company tasked with reducing unemployment among young adults and new arrivals. Her role was to create and develop collaborations with the business community and build long-term partnerships that contributed to the organization's growth and funding. The role served as a link between companies, public sector actors, and the organization – focusing on creating sustainable solutions where business value and social benefit converge. This provided her with valuable experience in business development, networking, and strategic collaboration.
Over the past 15 years, Pascale has worked to develop, establish, and expand businesses in several industries, including food, retail, and fashion. Through strong entrepreneurship, strategic business development, and the ability to identify new market opportunities, she has been instrumental in building successful businesses with sustainable growth and profitable results.
Her experience spans everything from business strategy and market entry to sales, partnerships, and organizational development. She has worked closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and decision-makers to build long-term business relationships and develop operations in both startup and growth phases.
For over ten years, she has also been active in the Swedish-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce, where the focus has been on building entrepreneurial and business bridges between Stockholm and the MENA region. By bringing together companies, entrepreneurs, and investors, she has contributed to creating new business opportunities, fostering international collaborations, and facilitating market entry in new markets. This work has resulted in valuable business relationships and successful projects that have strengthened ties between the business communities in Sweden and the region.
Her driving force is to create growth through relationships, innovation, and strategic collaboration. Over the years, she has had the privilege of being involved in several successful initiatives where business development, networking, and entrepreneurship were crucial factors for the outcomes. This has provided her with a broad business understanding and a proven ability to translate visions into concrete and successful ventures.
